  7. Make ready 1 Tbsp Cumin & Coriander seed roasted & crushed

  10. Make ready 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste
  11. Get 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  12. Get 1 onion thinly slice
  13. Prepare 2 Green chilli
  14. Prepare Fresh Coriander for garnish
  15. Make ready 4-5 Tbsp Vegetable oil for frying
Steps to make Masala Lamb Chops:
  1. Wash all chops well and dry. Take a bowl add yogurt, mustard oil, lemon juice and all spices mix well and make a thick paste then add lamb chops and coat well cover and keep in refrigerator about 1 hour or up to 4 fours.
  2. Heat up oil in nonstick pan add onion and fry till nice light golden brown add lamb chops fry 8-10 mins add green chillies fry more 1-2 mins then add 1/4 cup boiled water cover pan with lid and simmer slow flame till all chops nice and tender. You noticed if water is still in chops so turn the flame high and dry all water. Turn the heat off remove pan from the stove add lemon juice. Coriander leaves serve with boiled rice or Naan / roti and salad.
  3. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
