  13. Dust work surface with flour,scrape Dough,dust top of dough then shape into small balls
  14. Rolls balls,then place smooth side on top
  15. Spray surface with oil and s sesame seeds if you like and place in warm place,40-45 mins,it will rise about 75%(less than double)
  16. Preheat oven to 200C :390 F for 15-18 mins,or until surface is golden brown or centre of rolls seems hollow when tapped
  17. Remove and brush with melted butter

  19. NB: it gets dry coz it’s no knead but no need to worry,toss the bad boys in the microwave for 20 seconds and there you have it!
