- Make ready 2 cups all purpose flour
- Take 1 tbsp sugar

- Preheat oven at 190°c. Grease a baking tray with some oil.

- Mix together flour, activated yeast, butter, salt and sufficient water on the worktop and knead to a soft dough. Sprinkle some oil on top. Cover it with a damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 1hour.
- Dust dough with some flour, divided into equal portions and shape into a small balls. Placed them on the greased tray cover and set aside to prove for 40minutes.
- Brush some milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-22 minutes or until lightly brown.
