- After the 45 minutes your dough should have doubled in size.punch it down to remove air bubbles
- Knead again into a ball
- Divide the ball of dough into 16 identical pieces you can do this with a weighing machine.or you can Cut the ball of dough into half then quarters like that till you get 16 pieces
- Knead the small balls again you can incorporate any dry fruit you like
- Put the balls on a greased pan with parchment paper
- Cover the tray with a dry towel and let proof for 45 minutes again.eggwash with a brush be very gentle
- Preheat your oven to 190 degrees and bake the dinner rolls for 25 minutes.on the middle rack
