The ingredients needed to make Dinner Rolls:
- Take 4 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Make ready 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Make ready 1 tbsp active dry yeast or rapid rise yeast

- Take 2/3 cup milk
- Get 4 tbsp unsalted butter/diced into 1 test pieces

- Preheat oven to 180°F
- Whisk flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix water, milk and butter in a separate bowl and heat to 115°F. Stir making sure butter is melted.
- Mix all ingredients together including the lemon juice. Knead until smooth and should be a little sticky. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Butter a 9×13 baking pan. Drop dough on it and square it off and level it out.
- Cut as evenly as possible into 16 squares. Brush tops with water and place in the oven, then turn oven off.
- Leave rolls in unopened oven for 20 minutes. Remove then preheat oven 375°F. Place back in oven for 12 to 16 minutes. Brush top of rolls with butter and serve hot…….oh yea !!!
