- In a large bowl add 5 tbls sugar,warm milk, egg, salt, and butter with yeast mixture. Mix well until combined.(pinch of salt)
- Gradually add flour, mixing well until all flour is used (it will be sticky)
- Transfer dough to a large greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm draft free area for 2 hours or until it doubles in size.
- Grease knuckles and punch down the dough, transfer the dough to a floured surface, add just enough flour to handle it without sticking to your hands.
- Divide into 2 equal balls, roll into 2 13 inch circles.slice like a pizza, brush with butter and honey then rolling starting with the wide end.
- Place rolls on a greased cookie sheet, pointed tip tucked under, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for an 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Remove plastic and bake at 375* for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
- Brush with butter and honey and enjoy
