  1. Take 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup warm water
  3. Take 1 cup Milk
  4. Make ready 1/4 cup sugar
  5. Make ready 3 tbsp butter
  6. Get 1 each egg
  7. Take 1 tsp salt
  8. Make ready 3 1/2 cup flour
Steps to make Dinner Rolls:
  1. Boil milk. Let sit to room temp. Or use a milk frother.
  2. In mixing bowl add: yeast, water, milk, sugar, 2 tsp melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour. Kneed until dough is smooth.
  4. Transfer to a oiled bowl. Cover. Let sit for 45 minutes.
  5. Place dough onto floured surface. Roll into 1 inch thick rectangle. Cut into 2 inch squares. Roll slightly.
  6. Transfer to oiled baking sheet. Let rise for 45 minutes. (Covered with towel)
  7. Brush on remaining butter (melted).
  8. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
